Delay to November 2026 RTGS and CHAPS Standards Release
The Bank of England has deferred the entire November 2026 RTGS standards release (including CHAPS messaging standards) to maintain global alignment with Swift's delay of its November 2026 Standards Release. The deferral was coordinated to avoid implementation risks and separation of changes at a late stage.
