We are pleased to announce that Paula Gaia has joined the team in Lisbon to head up a new Special Projects division at Polar Insight Portugal that will explore issues of relevance for the company, our clients and our network of researchers and creative partners.
Informing Polar Insight’s strategy and internal working practices, the new division will conduct regional research with workers, policy makers and business leaders, regularly bringing these audiences together to discuss the topics and phenomena defining the future of work in Portugal and around the world.

Previously, Paula headed up an insights and innovation department in Rio de Janeiro (clients incl. Postos Petrobas and Oi) for one of Brazil’s most successful advertising agencies, NBS. Before this, she helped global brands such as Coca-Cola and L’ Oreal use marketing intelligence to understand and connect more closely with their audiences across Latin America.
