As new technologies and rising rents continue to disrupt the retail sector, flagship stores around the world are increasingly being transformed into brand experience platforms hosting events, launches and other experiential activities.

In 2018, the world’s best known sports brand was busy transforming a number of stores across the United Kingdom to accommodate these changes.

In collaboration with their digital display partner, Polar Insight was commissioned to work with customers and staff in London and Manchester to gather insights and ideas about how these improvements could best be implemented.

Using a blend of qualitative and visual methodologies, we produced a series of video-infused customer personas and a research film covering the end to end process.
